Which is best?

Could anyone let me know which is best - Cubuk Hotel or Funda Aparts in Marmaris? heard mixed reviews for both

Cubuk is an old hotel on the street known as 'Tapu street' as that's where the Tapu office is (Deeds office). Its on a really noisy street and its awful. I visited it a few years ago as the owners were trying to get my partner to sell it for him and there was a huge crack in the dining room floor and the pool was awful. Maybe they have done it up since then but I really doubt they have! Funda is in a good location and looks ok to me so I'd choose Funda.
