Where are 'moved threads' moved?

Hi, I've created today a thread and it's been moved- I don't know why and when I try to access it there's no redirection. Where are these kind of threads moved?

Probably moved by one of the moderators as it was in the wrong forum.

What was the thread about as I maybe able to find it or it may have been 'merged' with a similar topic thread.

Your thread was moved from the public forum by me because I was concerned that you didn't make any effort to introduce yourself to the forum and that in your first post you wanted someone to provide you with a translation to enable you to insult a Turkish person in their language about their lack of skills in the English language.
