weather in side

can anyone tell me what the weather has been like in side in the last couple of months. has there been much rain at all. the reason i am asking is because last winter when there was heavy rainfall during the winter our apartment was flooded, and we were not told about it, we only found out when we arrived and saw the mess. as you can understand we are worried that it may happen again, but at least if we are aware of the heavy rainfall we can ask someone to check the apartment for us.

Lots of rain, lots of wind and now freezing cold as well! I would definitely recommend you have your apartment checked. There has been quite a lot of storm damage.
