Vodafone top up online

Hi can anyone tell me if i can top up my turkish mobile online here in the uk...to keep it active...

I have a Turkcell phone, opened for International roaming not a Vodafone. When I asked about topping up on-line I was told it would only work if I have a Turkish Bank card or a Turkish Credit Card. I imagine all network are the same.

Solution was to buy a topup voucher and I'm able to use it to keep the phone alive.
