Hello and welcome to the forum, I'm sorry but that is not a good photo I would not go to view that place, the first thing you notice are the ugly water tanks on the roof, you need to show the more positive things, eg. view, nice rooms, garden etc!

there we are - story of my life. Have a good idea only to find that someones already been there

Seriously though, the video that was on here was extremely well done. all the rooms neatly laid out and not a peice of clutter to be seen. The contract with theother approach was stark.
