Hi,

Yes it is for long term rental 3 months plus. I am looking in the region of £500 per month. All mod cons, washing machine, electric fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher etc.

I am able to arrange for transfers from the airport.

Saz would u consider lowering the price if say we agree on a longer-term lease...say 9 months instead of 3.
