Hello everyone,

I am a new member and this is my first time.

I am waiting for the completion of my Mimosa villa in Akkaya Gardens. I had planned a visit in October but it is apparent that it won't be ready for a snagging list so now must wait until after Christmas. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

It is interesting to read various items about Akkaya and good to see that there is a community up there. I am looking forward to meeting some of you soon.
