(ps, put 1.5lbs on in the two weeks Carol not bad as I had 3 visits to Deli and 3 to B King, had 2lb off on Tue at S World and hope for another 2 this week, that is me at 16.5lb in the last 10-11 wks, so will keep at it, maybe be more like J - Lo next year Carol and when we go to Deli I'll eat even more cake - my kind of heaven LOL!!!)
