Obviously wanted to be caught and deranged into the bargain, I wander if he was hoping to be killed.

I suspect the initial media reports got it wrong. The guy was suffering mental health issues and had no explosives attached despite the anonymous tip off.

So does not appear to be an act of terrorism on this particular case, more a call for help..
