Well it was common knowledge that Boris was a Liar and a cheat when the UK elected him, so what's what's the big deal ? he is exactly the same as when the UK voted for him, so it is the Gov the UK deserves, this is the Democratic system we are so proud of. Majority rule.

Those voters that 'lent' him their vote in the last election knew what they were voting for.

Exactly
As has been said in those circumstances you get the government you deserve

I feel bad for the decent people in England who appear to have no real choice at elections with just tweedledee and tweedledum privileged elitists to vote for

There couldnt have been anyone who voted for the Tories who had no idea what they would be up to once elected, but in their defense, the use the Union flag a lot and will return the passports to a proper Blue colour.
Who else wraps themselves in the Union Flag, UKIP, Far right groups, the UDA, it seems to work for them and their followers.--

Don't panic. Lord Eric 'humpty dumpty' Pickles has thrown his hefty weight to the lobbying and general cronyism matter.
This former Tory councillor in Bradford turned MP (with anti corruption duties) then Lord says that the entire system needs overhauling.
Perhaps I'm wrong but didn't this paragon of virtue get in a bit of bother for making fraudulent claims to do with his home and its proximity to Westminster?
Is there anyone out there who hasn't got form?

And now it's revealed, as he declared it himself, that Matt Hancock was 'gifted' shares in his sister's company, which just happened to be awarded 2 NHS Wales contracts. Apparently as Wales is devolved and runs it's own NHS, there is nothing amiss ?
Oh okay then.

Mitie, a company that has many NHS contracts to provide cleaners, was awarded contracts during the pandemic totaling over £900 million for various testing tasks.
It has now been awarded a £90 million contract to provide personnel who will be knocking on the doors of those who return to the UK and are required to quarantine at home.
For starters, I would bet that there is cronyism afoot, but how many people are going to be visited by how many employees for £90 million?
Just for good measure, after a visit and saying hello to the employee, what's to stop the person in quarantine breaking that requirement 10 minutes after a visit? A random call, doesn't even legally require the quarantined person to open the door.
I predict a balls up.

The Tory appointed by the Tories to investigate thefts of the Publics money. Mr Pickles no less  Not much chance of a result here IMHO, still it is the type of Gov the UK wanted so no problem.

On 26 March 2009, Pickles appeared on the political debate programme Question Time in Newcastle upon Tyne. While discussing the controversy over Tony McNulty (who had recently admitted claiming expenses on a second home, occupied by his parents, only 8 miles away from his primary residence), Pickles admitted he claimed a second home allowance because he lived 37 miles from Westminster and needed to leave his constituency house in Brentwood at 5.30 am to get to Westminster for 9.30 am,[60][61] given that he tended to get home at midnight or 1 am, although the standard time for commuters from this region is usually ninety minutes.[62] He went on to say that it was "no fun" commuting into London from where he lived. In response to Pickles's comments that he "had to be there [the House of Commons] on time", Question Time host David Dimbleby, replied "Like a job, in other words?" and fellow panellist Caroline Lucas added 'welcome to the real world', both of which prompted amusement and applause amongst the audience.

Pickles was asked to pay back £300 following the MP's expenses scandal, which he had claimed for cleaning.
