"The National" the SNP propaganda sheet ( you would have never have guessed the bias by the name ha ha ) it must scraping the barrel or desperate in trying to conflate Douglas Ross and Anas Sawar as a "team" for sharing a stage at a similar Edinburgh Fringe Event..... that Sturgeon herself had attended, as the representative of the SNP Scottish Govt, to be grilled by LBC presenter Iain Dale in his Show.

Now Iain Dale has invited the right of reply and grilling to the Opposition Labour and Tory in a similar event ... ha ha kinda desperate of The National trying to conflate it .... :ROFLMAO:

A Scottish Labour Party spokesperson said: “Even by the standards of petty and irrelevant SNP handout stories, this is a bad one.”

Well, let's hope they sell more tickets to come to Dale's event .... than came to see Sturgeon at the similar one with only 335 tickets sold for the 562-seater venue. :)

PS ... You notice The National's bias in the piece, in it failing to mention the reason that the Lanarkshire council fell ...

Due to Lanarkshire's SNP Council leader's disgrace and resignation, after being found out as another SNP Sex Pest .. "The National" has become the SNP equivalent of The Express is for the Tories .

The SNP following Tory Policy against the Unions either refusing to sit down with them or the ones they deem to, offering only minimal pay rises .

The ones they do deem to sit down with like her own staff in the Commercial Services Union (PCS) it has been for over a year in talks with the Scottish Government for a decent pay deal. But all to no avail ..

They have now decided to ballott members on industrial action after the Scottish Government refused to budge from its pitiful 3 percent pay rise for those in the lowest pay bracket.

Keir Greenaway, GMB Scotland senior organiser for public services, said: “These are the same frontline workers who worked at the peak of the pandemic and continue to do so.

“Nicola Sturgeon and Kate Forbes still refuse to sit down with unions and COSLA to reach a deal that will respect and value staff in local government.

“It’s the height of hypocrisy for Nicola Sturgeon to call for the UK Government"

Wet and flaccid , much like the.men on the Tory benches .

The mask slips on why Labour are desperate to force Scotland to stay for Labours own entirely selfish interests .

Of the many comments posted in response to Raynors bleat of " but if Scotland leave we in England will be stuck with Tory rule indefinitely "- the best response was to the point " tough!!!"

It really says s it all when Labour are whinging they cannot get enough English to back them in their tweedledee tweedledum government arrangement with the Tories that they need Scots to help them!!!

SNP Transport Minister Ms. Gilruth is following Tory Policy of Dominic Rabb in refusing to meet The Unions and striking Scotrail. SNP quite rightly Nationalised Scotrail but then refuses to meet their obligations as guardians for the Scottish people of the railway.... be refusing to negotiate with the worker's representatives The Union .. Or maybe she is missing ..as in the other SNP Fiasco the Ferries ..

Watched a fab programme regarding the partition of India , into India Pakistan and eventually Bangladesh , what a dreadful cock up , one thing for certain was that the preening popinjay the Vice Regent Mountbatten was completely useless and lived in a fantasy world . It was an eye opening presentation and everything and everyone was expendable , in favour of getting out asap and being able to blame the locals for the Empire's fully forseeable errors and mistakes .

Boost for Independence figures when dippy Truss takes over.

Just wait until hapless starmer stands shoulder to shoulder with the dimwit denying Scotlands rights!!!!

Never interrupt your enemies when they're making mistakes.

Hope they aren't stolen or vandalized whilst lying in these public carparks

Nee..... Naw ...The SNP-led Scottish Government wastes more of Sottish taxpayer's money shelling out £20 million on new EV electric cars, with no chargers ...

One Police Scotland officer told the Scottish Liberal party: "Where I work they gave us five new electric vehicles but no charging point.

"They had to charge them via one cable through an office window and into a domestic three-point socket - guess what happened to the socket.

"Now the five vehicles are being deposited overnight in various council car parks across the town, in the hope that no damage comes to them.

"Meanwhile, we are back to using the old diesel cars, because at least we know where the service station is."

Liam McArthur, Lib Dem justice spokesman, said: "There is absolutely no point in spending millions on providing officers with electric cars without the tools to power them.

"Police officers having to attempt to charge cars from an office cable through a window makes an absolute mockery of the government’s pledges to tackle climate change.

"Officers can’t afford to be broken down, miles from the nearest charging station, when they are responding to urgent calls and trying to get on with the job of making Scotland safe.

"Right now, charging stations are few and far between. When people do find one, there’s a good chance it may be broken down or already occupied.
