Saving on your electric bill

Soooooooo, I ditched the electric kettle and this month my bill was 144tl! Instead of over 600tl! Not bad

I think the bill was transferred to the added cost of the gas from the bottle.
About time Turkey got smart with solar with all that sun.

Ahh, still got my gas bottle new from last October, just thought it might help some people. Everyone jokes about me needing 50 coffees before lunch (not true ) but I do boil my kettle a lot!

Turkey is smart with solar, it is the people who are not. Government incentives would help. One of the main issues is that so many Turkish families live in apartment blocks, much harder to fit PV panels and connectivity.

What would work for the country is government support for PV panels on factory roofs.
