Residency verses 90 day Visa

My 3-year visa expires in July. Due to the rising costs of residency, with little reward, I am considering a 90-day visa instead. As I plan to be out of the country quite a bit between July-March I think a 90-day visa would be okay.

Can anyone advise if there are visa runs during Nov from Dalaman? If so, please can you give an indication of the cost?

There are visa runs every weekday from Kas to Meis (Kastelorizo) throughout the year. You could do that from Dalaman.

The ferry crossing is 40 TL return, per person.

I was hoping that there would be something available from Dalaman. Maybe a mini-bus running once a week. I think something like that happens in Dalyan...can anyone shed any light on this?
