How did you arrange the 4 day stopover? We now travel with Pegasus either direct to Bodrum on Mondays from Stansted or there is a daily service transferring at Istanbul.
This year on our return instead of a 2-3 hour transfer wait at Istanbul we arranged a four day stop over at no extra cost on our ticket.
The stopover was absolutely brilliant and would recommend it to everyone.
Couple of points if you are going to follow in our footsteps.:hmm:the baggage allowance for internal flights is 15kgs whilst international is 25kgs.which if you break the journey for more than 4 hours or so is classed as internal. Also the airport which is used in Istanbul (SAW) is a £70 taxi ride to the centre of the touristy bit This is reduced if you arrange for the hotel to pick u up.
we had a great time and a terrific end of our holiday
Hope this helps Cheers DandS
Yes there meals look good on there booking system.Does anyone know what there cancellation rates are,is there a strong possibility of cancellations if not many bums on seats. We flew back at new year from Bodrum with Pegasus, hot meal for 10 Euro with bottle of wine was superb, BUT no duty free sales!
Some very good prices on the Manchester - Dalaman route and they also do a flexi fare. Interesting pre-order food choice with apparently complementary beer ,wine and soft drinks available with the hot meal options. Sounds more like a schedule service.
