We are trying to find someone reliable to paint the outside of our apartment blocks in Dalaman. Does anyone have any experience/recommendations please?

Sorry no recommendations but make sure they use the best possible Turkish masonry paint. It'll be worth the extra for it.

isn't that something that is handled by the management committee to get quotes, make sure each apartment owner is willing to pay, arrange insurance, scaffolding and possible road closures

From memory, we had our administrator arrange for the quotes and the work itself on our villas. The cost was borne equally from our management fees and all villas had to be painted the same colours according to our plans.

Yes ours did the same. And a jolly good job was done with the best paint. Still looks good 7 years on.
