I was "forced" into using this "service" when Orange stopped their email service in May 2017. I have had nothing but trouble with it since. But I have persevered, thinking it would be okay in the end.

I set up numerous folders for the regular emails I receive. All went well, then about two weeks ago this went haywire. The majority of the incoming emails (up to 30 per day) are being put in the Junk folder instead of the specific folder I made a rule for initially.

I have tried repeatedly creating the rule to move to the nominated folder many times per email, but still the Junk box is full each morning. I know for a fact that some appearing now are those I have already created a rule for many times.

Anyone know why this is happening?
