We bought 2 properties from them and are very satisfied with the service and the quality of the properties.

yes we have brought 2 properties off them .the quality have been fab......but!!!!!
there has been problems on 1 of the sites.which I'm glad to say they are trying to put right now.it should'nt have got that bad,and they need to be on the ball where the maintenance is concerned .for obvious reasons.
and am hoping new year new start ,and every one can move on ,and enjoy themselves
in our fab places in the sun,,

We also bought from Oracle in April 2010 off plan. The build far exceeded our expectations. We initially bought to 'flip it' when ready and look for somewhere nearer to Bodrum. However, we fell in love with Akbuk, the sea and mountain views are lovely and we could not compare the size or quality with anything else we had seen. So we decided to keep our 'gem' and the Oracle staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate in recommending them. (And no, we are not on commission to promote them either!). Perhaps we will encounter some problems in the future - who's to say, but it's how you deal with them that is important.

as kaykay says the build if fab and hopefully when the niggles are sorted ,we can continue enjoying our place in the sun..
