One apartment out of 7 only hab. cert.
Last year our neighbour upstairs put a lot of pressure on her agent. Who went beyond the boundaries to pay for habitation certificate as builder has a cashflow problem. She is the only one in the block with habitation certificate.

Two weeks ago I had someone check if my hab. cert. was on and it wasn't.

The builder is still paying for everyone's water, as of last October.

How was this agent able to do this for his client?

Does this mean the final survey checks have been done and taxes paid.

Is it just a matter I can buy mine, if push comes to shove and how much will my individual certificate cost.

Someone must know these answers.
