I will stress, this was four and a half years ago, but with my limited knowledge of the Turkish property market, and as most on here know, these are not uncommon issues and many are put right in the course of time.
If possible, (and if it is the same complex), try to talk privately to existing owners for an up date view.
There were problems with site fees, management etc in the early days but thankfully superb committee now and superb looking site. As with everything else in Turkey it's 2 steps forwards and 1 step back and a huge learning curve but am glad to say was well worth all the problems in the early days
