Military clearance

Heard yesterday that military clearance came through in less than a month for a couple of English people buying property in Koycegiz.

Looks like this process is being speeded up at last.

once you have got clearance for 1 home does that last for any future purchases?

My sisters came through in 7 weeks and ours in 10 weeks.

Still waiting - almost 3 months, was promised between 3 and 6

Seller will be pi**** off if it takes longer than 3 months as he had questioned this, but did not make it a clause in the contract!! So I am in advantage.

No, unfortunately you have to apply each time for each purchase.

applied for mine in July and İ'm still waiting!
