You only need to pop into the nearest Hastani to were you stay normaly a fee of tl 15 is good .They give you a form to fill in most Hastanis will have someone to help. now days most of them cover just about all main problems you might come across and are not quite bupa but on pare with the NHS but dont expect privace as its not normal here in Turkey.hi
i'd like to know more about registering with the local hastane, I'm in Bodrum each summer and have privater travel insurance but would like more info on the local hospitals in Bodrum.
Thank you for the good advice ,so basicaly then all I need to do is go to the Kusadasi Hospital and register with them by the sound of things,am I right in thinking that ?
It includes all types of medication including heart, blood pressure, painkillers etc etc that have to be taken daily. However it is only given out in 10-day blocks so you do have to call at the clinic every 10 days. However at 80% reduction its a small price to pay! I am told that you can get a 3-month prescription through a hospital doctors report but have not looked into that personally.Hi Villabaris1. When you say 80% reduction on drug prices, does that include any medication you have to take everyday(Kath's diabetic) and has to take a lot of pills per day. And can you get a "repeat prescription" from your local clinic? Ted.
