bicarbonate of soda, carrefour, 75 kurus for 50 grams. use for 10 days twice a day, same results, except also removes bacteria. for even better teeth n breath, after rinsing (bottled water, of course), you can gargle (don't swallow) with a capful of 3% oksijen su (hydrogen peroxide) and rinse again. (commercial mouthwashes actually destroy the mouth's ability to freshen itself ... they cause bad breath in long-term.) if you look at any tooth whitening product, its active ingredient is bicarbonate of soda. if used regularly, won't make any difference if you drink coffee or smoke, teeth still look great. tastes better than sweetened toothpastes (gross) and, the best bit, is no fluoride. (a big part of hitler's control of the german population was water fluoridisation ... it collects in the pineal gland and causes passivity ... funny how it was introduced in the US in 1946, same time as Operation Paperclip brought all the Nazi scientists to continue their work in the US. if fluoride is such a miracle, how come we don't all have great teeth? anyway, don't want to start a debate, google if you want to check, or just do what your grandparents did and use bicarbonate of soda. don't use baking powder - that's got other stuff in it ... for, erm ... baking. in turkey it's just called 'karbonat', at supermarket or eczane, costs pennies, works great.
