Lake view????

Anyone know who it is developing the new project immediately alongside the Artev Lakeside Gardens site.

There is a suggestion that it is Artev themselves but we were assured by them when we bought that it wasn't but a recent conversation suggests otherwise. Also, there is no mention of it on the Artev site and one would think that if it was theirs, they would be marketing it on their website.

Just want to get a look see at the site plan.

There is a development next to Lakeside Gardens called Lakeview. This is also an Artev development. I believe work did stop but is due to start again shortly. There is also another development right nextdoor to the other side of Lakeside Gardens that is not an Artev development. We did walk along the narrow road separating the 2 developments last year but cannot remember the developers name. Perhaps someone else will have a better memory than me.

Questions were asked about Lake View by the Lakeside monitors during our meeting with Artev after the AGM last month. Lake View is an Artev development, however, they currently do not recognize it on their website...but then again they also have no mention of FCC or Royal Heights. This may have something to do with an exclusive sales agreement that they had with MRI, who have now pulled out of selling in Turkey.

The major construction work on Lake View will cease between June and September as the area is now classed as a tourist area. Artev could, however, not provide a completion date for the development.

From memory the other site maybe Nordea?
