Kat Mulkiyet tapu

Hi All,

We own an apartment in Yalikavak and understand that we need to upgrade our tapu by law to Kat Mulkiyet tapu but it needs to have all residents on the complex participating and paying for it. Inevitably one or two residents do not wish to do it which is causing problems . Our management company cannot do anything and we have had no response at all from our Turkish solicitor . This must be a common problem - has anyone else experienced this and found a solution. I would be interested to know.

There are a number of restrictions if you do not have one. Presumably for example you are still on the builders electricity. A search above will lead you to a number of threads on this subject.
