Help with Translation

Can anyone help me please? I have received the following message twice from Turkcell. Apologies for the spellings as I do not have a Turkish keyboard :-

Really? How did that happen? I last put in a scratch card on 12th October. Are they giving me kontors free then? I do not understand this.

There's a lot of those scam texts supposedly from Turkcell fly around all the time, I just don't open any of the ones I get now, and take my mobile to a Turkish friend to read them, if they are genuine she gets the freebies for me. I lost count of the number of kontors that were "stolen" from me when we first came here.
