Gulluk harbour mods.

Hi Folks,

I am buying into Horizon Sky, and yes I know about all the problems.
My partner and I plan to retire, or at least spend a good portion of our retirement there. I have heard, mainly via Select Property newsletters, that the Gulluk harbour is to be modified to take pleasure craft and as I have a small sailboat, I would like to know if the harbour (marina?) will ultimately be available to foreign nationals, or those not permanently resident.
Does anyone have any information on this subject, or can you point me in the right direction for official information (in a language other than Turkish).

I recently discovered via the Facebook Horizon Sky Group, that an 80 berth marina is being planned on the site. Might never happen of course, but I like to be positive, so I've reserved a berth.

I like the idea of a floating bar/bathing platform!!
