good builder

could anyone help me, I have a villa in Kargicak and I need a good builder,
odd jobs, electrical etc.
Would like him to speak English as I cannot speak Turkish yet.

Are you living in Akbuk Jazmine at the moment ?? Is Kargicak in Akbuk, near Akbuk ??
