Garanti opening hours Sat 19th Bayram

Does anyone know if either of the Turg brances of Garanti are open on Saturday 19th and if so what times due to Bayram starting on the Sunday.
It's just that we arrive at 5am that morning and will need to change money.

Very few banks open on Saturdays and I doubt very much that any will be open on that day.

Can you not bring your ATM card? Or there should be enough time to set one of the recommended ones up in the next 3 weeks.
