Garanti Bank Online
I usually operate my Garanti account online, including paying bills.

This involves receiving a PIN verifcation number sent by Garanti to my mobile phone and entering it into the online form.

This has worked fine in the past, but for some reason, in the last few days, the verification number is not being sent when I have tried to set up a payment, (my account has not been frozen).

Has anyone else found this problem in the recent past with Garanti, and if so, have they managed to get it solved?

Have you spoken to their call centre? I have always found them knowledgeable and helpful.
