ivy here is a recipe i have used choclate ginger frappe
crushed ice 90ml choc powder
45ml boiled water
900ml chilled fresh milk
30ml ginger wine
30ml double cream,whipped
put crushed ice in containers,and cover base, mix choc to a paste with some water whisk in cream and ginger wine pour into containers top each one with cream,
you can subtitute your own flavours to suit cheers and enjoy
