Flour
I know this question has been raised before, but I can't find it so have raised it again, sorry,

I presume that plain flour is just "un"

What is self raising flour please?

I bought a big tub of cocoa from the UK and think that I'd better make a chocolate cake before the sell buy date comes round.

Look out for Kekunu.

There's a brand called Sinangil that's stocked by Migros.

When you look at the packet it says Kekunu and underneath that it says "Sade". Sade means plain in Turkish but it refers to the fact that the flour isn't flavoured. Sinangil also do Kekunu in nut (fistik) and chocolate (cikolata) flavours.

Here you are, a picture I posted previously
