I think there is some internet problem which is causing some time-outs, make sure you have the 'Remember Me' box ticked when you login.

I never get it but then I don't use Internet Explorer.

Conclusion: If you don't want the message, use Firefox instead.

I use Firefox and Safari, when Internet Explorer stopped issuing updates for Macs I ditched the software from my computer.
