early morning runs

will be going out running most mornings over the next three weeks starting Monday morning training for a big fell race so if anyone fancies joining me then give me a yell.
wiil be running from the twin towers mosque (Esenteppe)

While I was out walking the dog a couple of days ago at about 8am, an English woman jogged past me , in all the gear with her i pod, just past Madan shop, so not far from you . I've seen her jogging before round the area. You might bump into her on your runs. Good on you, wish I had the stamina to join you.
