driving over to turkey from uk in the next couple of weeks?

Just wondering if anyone is driving over to turkey from uk in the next couple of weeks and would not mind meeting me in Basil Switzerland and transport a LCD TV? Its a small box, will pay for the trouble! or if anyone can recommend another way to get it to turkey with out me flying with it!

If it is a small box why can it not travel with the owner.

There are large tax penalties on electrical goods, especially t.v's. when importing into Turkey. Plus the inevitable delays at Costoms

Do you not require a Residence permit for importing goods.

apart from the inport duty problem,you should never carry something for someone else,you are just asking for trouble,brings back menory of midnite express
