The price should be somewhere around 120 - 150 TL. It's best if it's done at 6 - 12 months.

well my dog just been neutered the vet said it would cost 250 lire but told him that my friend only paid 130 the other month so after big debate .he said he would do it for 130.

And try another Vet next time, as you now know that he will overcharge you at the drop of a hat, so don't give him any more business and make sure none of your friends do either.

It's the only way they will learn to play fair.
