Can't be a huge help but I think you have to go Didim - Milas and then change there for Marmaris.

You can go Didim to Aydin change bus then to Marmaris have been this way its a nice trip , cant remember how long I think its about 4 hours . There is a shuttle bus from bus station into Marmaris . Mike
