Can someone explain the colour codes for bags of coal in Turkey? Seem to be three commonly available - White, Yellow and Blue.
I am looking for a slow burn option to keep the fire going once the place is warm. White bags, the more expensive, seem to burn quite fast with a good heat, but too fast.
