Changes in Gumbet this coming Season??

Hi - Could anyone please tell me what changes are taking place there at the moment? I've heard there are a lot of roads and their layouts being 'dug up' etc. at present and that a few bars/restaurants may be closing e.g. Smileys/Chicos, Jacks Place, Mr Horribles. If anyone knows anything we would love to hear all about it. Thanks.:24:
