change name on water & electric

I have been told that this costs between 300-400 TL.

We just did ours and were charged 460 lira for electric and 500 lira for water.

Hi, in Turgutreis on a re-sale completed a few years ago; just changed telephone to our name (needed residency) no charge, changed water total cost 120TL, can't change broadband ( have to take out new contract in our name) change electric next week, keep you informed............
