Just saw an advert for a tripleks villas right by the sea for sale.
prices start from 30,000 to 47,000 YTL.
Seems like bargains can still be found away from the resorts.

its a private seller so I dont think its an estate agent. if you want the number I can forward it on to you. Doubt they will speak english though.
