Anyone know best cheap way to Dalaman

Hi Guys and Gals

Given that so many travel to Turkey I thought I would pick your brains (cant pick mine I dont have any lol !)

We travel from North west , north east and midlands airports in UK to Dalaman.

But is it better price wise to say do a budget flight like Ryanair (or any other) for example to another country then pick up another budget flight to Dalaman. Rather than paying FlyThomasCook there extortionate prices for well below budget direct route service and leg room (28" kills me and i am only 5' 11" )

Any suggestions gratefully received

Thank you for those replies they are great.

But does anyone do the 2 or more budget'ish flight plan.

I ask because a lot of directs other than ThomasCook cut off mid October and school holidays seem to force us back towards ThomasCook, so just looking for possible alternatives.

I see that they run all year and from 4 local airports to me so to speak, but i do find there search tool very limited in what it actually shows you. Although still some good prices to be found.
