You'll find Arcelik suppliers in Dalaman and Ortaca.

If your bedroom is, say, 10' x 10' the 12000 (12 ton) is enough, but 15' x 12' you'll need the 18000.

Hi we bought one in Koç Taş 12000,cooling and heating. It cost 529tl at Easter. This included fitting which was done the next morning.

Strangely airconditioning is one of the things that are very reliable, I take it that your home is in Dalaman and it is used for holidays. If anything should go wrong you don't want to be spending half your holiday chasing around or waiting in for the service people, buy Arcelik or Beko, it may be a little more than something on offer in Migros or Koctas, neither of which you have in Dalaman, but you will have the peace of mind with a long guarantee, extendable to a total of 7 years for very little money and the knowledge that the service people are the best and the most efficient around. Also buy the most efficient one you can afford, it may not matter now but if you were to stay long term it will make a difference.

There isn't a Koc Tas anywhere near. You can get a basic 12000bt unit in Arcelik for 580tl ARÇELİK - Heating and Cooling Systems - Air Conditioners - 12010
