Accessing Site Management Plan

hi - we need to access our site management plan. Can anyone please advise as to where we could access this and what is required to do so. For example we have been told that we can get this at the Title Deeds Office but we may need a solicitor to do this. Surely not? Could the site inspector not be able to do this?

Not sure of answer ,but yes a solicitor can get access to most things at the deeds office( had to get info from that route from deeds office myself.

Your Site Manager should have a copy of the MP in their Office......you can also get a copy from Local Council or Tapu Office. You do not need a solicitor to obtain that...but there could be an admin fee for the copy.

As I stated to you before.....If a property is not registered or Tapu Issued then by right the Developer pays the site fees....sometimes a buyer agrees a discount of site fees as a condition of sale or sweetener ......this sometimes results in some owners not paying site fees for a period of time.....BUT he must pay their portion of fees due for that property.
