CHEERS Lisa still is very much a natural Blue now for three years. I decided to wash mine out as her shade was more of a committment than I could muster and I just don't have the skin tone to carry it off like she does.

ISP's do not matter its done by hand on the email verification. So they all count as long as you enter and then verify by clicking on the "check" email from them.

If someone were to duplicate the same email the mod would just remove one vote per duplicate, which is fair enough.
