We are coming out in April intending to apply for RP, does anyone know if you can start the ball rolling prior to arrival in turkey to speed up the process.

Can any boffins advise on how to speed up my computer as it is really slow and I need to remove alot of rubbish etc. Do I have to buy a programme or can I download one? Any help would be gratefull. the computer is a dell about 5 years old and has sufficient memory.
