clearancehow

Hi there. I purchased a villa in jan 2005 in gundogan still no title deeds after 3 years is this normal.the estate agent told me the military clearance came in march 2006 but then got lost at the deeds office...there then told me they had reaplied for them,but after endless phone calls emails...

Can any recent buyers in Datca tell me how long military clearance is currently taking....I've read lots of old threads and how long is a piece of string springs to mind.. I'm dead keen to get into my apt, sadly patience is not my strong point, but I am trying!
