boiled

Well since i got back from Alanya my feet swell like 2 boiled puddings !! Tonight really bad i can hardly move my ankles , and it hurts , Is it the warm weather over here in uk or what ?? as anyone else had this since the sun came out , Strange they didn't do it in Turkey ..........Diane
