    Do we need an accountant?

    Our sitesi has a properly formed committee, constitution etc all in line with Turkish Law. We do not have a company.I get the impression from reading other threads on this forum that if you have a company in Turkey you have to have an accountant, by law. That makes sense really.     If you have a management company looking after your sitesi, would it be usual for them to be the employer of the workers or the owners on the sitesi?

    Registration of tourists?

    Does anyone know if there is any requirement for visitors to Turkey to be registered with the local Jendarma? This would be in addition to buying a visa at the airport. Do they take passports when you check in at hotels for this purpose?

    Lovely villa to rent in the centre of Yalikavak

    We have a lovely, detached, spacious villa right in the centre of Yalikavak. It is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. There is a very large communal pool and baby pool. It's only 10 minutes walk to the beach and village shops. For details please take a look at my website.
