just to let you know that we got a letter from IPA telling us the uk office is closed, website saying closed but viva mar & flipfolps owners not affected!!!! sent a msg to email they gave me but its uk so dont know if that will work. Hope you are well

we cannot beleive the cheek of them. We have just got back from our apt & on the whole we where happy, but IPA are a worry, I have been told that Marina Vista owners had been left with elec & water bills that IPA should have paid. How have they been able to get so far with your development without electricity? They have asked us for managment fees but as the landscaping, pool, gym & communal areas are not finnished they wont be getting any! We only met up with 1 other owner & he seemed happy with his apt. but shared our veiws on paying the fees. I will keep you posted with anything I hear.
