Thanks for all your replies. I have now had it confirmed from Scottish court that they do not supply the documents he keeps asking for. I have sent it to him and told him exactly as I've said was correct , time will tell but not holding my breath.

We've set up power of attorney so hopefully it gets sorted soon or it's a long journey back to Marmaris , I have told him to Google it and also he should go to Notarys office and ask for it their 👍

Thanks for this I'm pretty sure that the lawyer in Turkey needs to get it not us and to be honest he's been pretty poor at his job so far, even local Turkish guy agrees.

Thanks for the replies, I have done a bit more research and from what I can see is because we are out of EU with Brexit the certificate of succession/inheritance does not get issued in UK as we never signed up to the EU one. Anyways I have told Lawyer this and I will see what he comes back with 👍
